Park in Spring

The park in the spring This time of year is a most wonderful time for all sorts of reasons, the weather is getting warmer every week and there is an air of expectancy in everything from the plants to the animals. Birdsong fills the air and the flowers are blooming; and nowhere more so than in the forest of Atlantic Forest Park. Here we have a fabulous climate and after the spring rains the Park is alive with life and as you take a walk through the trails of the Park you can discover the wonderful array of wildlife that makes this part of Spain so special and unspoilt. We have all sorts of birds; from the big ones like the eagles, vultures, herons and storks; to the little song birds and woodpeckers and the seldom seen but often heard cuckoo. All throughout the Park there is plenty to see and going out from the Park you can explore the local national parks and wonderful beaches of the nearby coast.
