Plots Rents and Leases Now Available, We have now nearly sold out in phase one and are pleased to announce that phase two will be on sale soon. NO GROUND RENT FOR THE FIRST YEAR! That´s right, there will be no ground rent charged to any clients going onto the park within the next months until June 2009 This is due to the fact that during the early stages of the park there will be less than the full range of facilities and services available. So you can enjoy upto a year rent free! All the plots of the first phase are contained on the lower west side of the Park, where the terrain slopes gently up as you move inwards. There are few trees in this area but some of the plots will contain their own mature oak or olive tree. The plots in the second phase are set more amongst the tree offering alot of privacy, yet still giving you some wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Plots are approximately 10m x18m, or 180m², apart from the end plots which are up to twice as big, but you have to be fast to catch one of those as half are reserved already. You can buy a Spanish built home direct from us or we can arrange to import a European version of most of the main British manufacturers of homes. Plots on Atlantic Forest Park will be approximately 180m² in size and will provide space for parking, a carport if required, a shed, decking or terraces and enough space for a private garden. Plot rent will be €2,990 per year and there is an advance payment offer as follows: 2 years in advance = €5,600 3 years in advance = €8,070 4 years in advance = €10,500 Lodges At this point we had better mention Lodges which are a little different from the Park homes in that they stand more separated, slightly elevated at the top of the Park with plots of around 300m². The lodges come with a fully inclusive price The first 10 of these lodges are now sold, and we will be creating more plots in phase two as they have proven to be very popular.
